Wrought Iron FencingIf your home has the wrought iron fencing (the black fence, usually for homes that are surrounding the lakes), part of your homeowner responsibility is to MAINTAIN that fence. This includes painting them, replacing broken posts, etc. Maintenance of these fences is in the bylaws of the Association and must be done as a member of the community.
There are several ways to find contractors to get this done. Angie's List, Thumbtack, Handy, as well as or other social media platforms or iOS/Android apps may be places to find someone to paint or repair your fencing. |
Community Garage Sales
Our semi-annual community garage sales will be held on the first weekend in April and October. The next one is scheduled for FRIDAY, OCTOBER 1-SATURDAY, OCTOBER 2. Signs will be posted on the Thursday prior at each of the entrances to our neighborhood. |
SMART METERS ARE COMING!
Bridgestone MUD is updating our current water meters with smart meters. The attached customer handout was distributed to talk about the meters, the coming web portal, and the smart phone app that you can download to track your water consumption.
