Wrought Iron Fencing
If your home has the wrought iron fencing (the black fence, usually for homes that are surrounding the lakes), part of your homeowner responsibility is to MAINTAIN that fence. This includes painting them, replacing broken posts, etc. Maintenance of these fences is in the bylaws of the Association and must be done as a member of the community.
There are several ways to find contractors to get this done. Angie's List, Thumbtack, Handy, as well as or other social media platforms or iOS/Android apps may be places to find someone to paint or repair your fencing.
